Hazardous Hormones

  2. They want to communicate with you! Hormones don’t have a phone number or email address to get a hold of you, so instead, they rely upon physical and emotional symptoms to get your attention when they need some extra care and love. (Hormonal birth control can often shut off or distort this communication pathway.)
  3. The better you listen to and understand your cycle and hormones, the easier it will be for them to perform optimally and work with you to achieve the results you desire!
