Â
Hi, I’m Adriane
Â
Â
Â
I help moms raise daughters who feel confident, informed, and empowered throughout their puberty journey.
 Â
Why This Matters to Me
Â
Â
There was a time in my teens and twenties when I honestly thought something was truly wrong with me.
Â
I had really low lows. Really high highs.
Some weeks I felt social and energized.
Other weeks I wanted to hide from the world.
Â
And when I hit those low seasons?
I was incredibly hard on myself.
Â
I thought I just needed to be more disciplined. More positive. More peppy.
Â
No one had ever explained that my emotions and energy were connected to my cycle.
Â
I didn’t learn about hormonal phases until my late twenties.
Â
And when I did… two things happened.
Â
First, I was in awe of how intricately God designed the female body.
Â
But also? I was supper ticked off that I hadn’t been taught this sooner.
Â
Even though I had an incredibly supportive, communicative, and loving mom, there was still information we just didn’t have.
Â
The female body wasn’t talked about.
It wasn’t celebrated.
It was mostly referred to in hushed tones.
Â
And that silence does damage.
Â
I was determined to give my daughters a very different experience.
Â
And I knew other moms wanted that, too.
Â
What I Believe
Â
Girls deserve to understand their bodies before confusion sets in.
Â
They deserve to experience puberty without shame.
Â
They deserve language for what’s happening inside them.
Â
And I believe God designed the female body with loving intention—not inconvenience.
Â
When girls understand that?
Â
Everything shifts.
My Background and Experience
Â
For over 25 years, I’ve coached women in various capacities—from fitness and strength training to fertility awareness and maternal support.
Â
I am…
Â
Â
• A Certified Personal Trainer
• A Certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist
• A Certified Maternal Support Practitioner (Full Spectrum Doula trained in fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum)
• Educated extensively in the Fertility Awareness Method
• Creator of the Empowered Cycle Charting Method
Â
But more than certifications, I’m a mom in the trenches.
Â
I have one daughter currently walking through puberty and another not far behind.
Â
This isn’t theoretical for me.
Â
It’s personal.
Why This Approach Feels Different
Â
Â
This isn’t about choosing between science and faith.
Â
It’s about honoring both — and helping girls see how beautifully they work together.
Â
Because puberty isn’t just biology.
Â
And it’s not just emotional.
Â
And it’s not just spiritual.
Â
It’s all of it — happening at the same time, inside a growing girl who’s trying to make sense of herself.
Â
I combine:
Â
• Practical tools (like cycle charting and body literacy)
• Real conversations that get to the root
• A faith-informed perspective that sees the female body as God-designed and beautifully intentional
Â
Â
Most girls are taught to tolerate their periods and just “deal with” their changing bodies.
Â
I teach moms and daughters to understand what’s happening, feel empowered in it, and even celebrate it.
Â
And when a girl learns that her body isn’t random, broken, dramatic, or inconvenient?
Â
Everything shifts.
Â
Her confidence shifts.
Her conversations shift.
Her relationship with herself shifts.
Â
And if you’re a mom reading this, you know —
that shift doesn’t just change her.
Â
It changes your relationship with her, too.
Â
And that changes everything.
If you’re here because you want something different for your daughter…
Â
You’re not alone.
Â
And you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.
