Here are 3 other fun facts about hormones…

  1. They are incredibly observant and sensitive to their environment. This means they fluctuate, change, and adapt according to how you sleep, eat, move, and manage stress. (This is great news because it's absolutely possible for them to improve, balance, & optimize!)
  2. They want to communicate with you! Hormones don’t have a phone number or email address to get a hold of you, so instead, they rely upon physical and emotional symptoms to get your attention when they need some extra care and love. (Hormonal birth control can often shut off or distort this communication pathway.)
  3. The better you listen to and understand your cycle and hormones, the easier it will be for them to perform optimally and work with you to achieve the results you desire!
