The Finally Unstuck Experience exists because I’ve been exactly where you are right now.

 

I’ve had seasons where I felt frustrated, confused, and honestly discouraged
 even while doing “all the right things.” I was exercising like crazy. I understood nutrition. I had the certifications. And still
 progress felt slooow, inconsistent, or completely stalled.

 

There were moments (vulnerable moments I’ll share with you) where I wondered if something was wrong with my body.

What I eventually realized was this:
